Delivery & Pickup

• Delivery and setup are free within 50 miles of our lot. Past that it is $4.50 per mile over the first 50.
• Timing, weather permitting: 3–7 business days for a building already on the lot, 14–21 business days for a plant build.
• We provide the blocks your building sits on — enough to set it on a reasonably flat site. They are there for warranty purposes, not for levelling.
• A sloped or uneven site needs extra blocks at your cost. Ask us before delivery day and we will tell you what it takes.
• Your building sits on those blocks, never directly on the ground, no more than 16″ off the ground.
• Clear the site first: gate openings 2 feet wider than the building, 14 feet of overhead clearance, and a dry path free of debris, mud, standing water, limbs, wires and fencing.
• If the site is not ready the building goes back to the lot and is rescheduled — attempted delivery fees start at $150, and site delays run $50 per hour.
• Permits, setbacks, HOA rules and covenants are the customer's responsibility. Call your county and your HOA before you order.
• Buildings are delivered and set up by our crew — they cannot be picked up on your own trailer.
• Moving the building yourself after it is set can void the warranty. Have it moved professionally.
• Rent-to-own buildings are delivered, not picked up.
